here's the deal:
i joined vodafone 3months ago but they mucked up sending out my nokia 6234. in the end all was resolved but i ended up with 2 phones. i called them and said as much and they said they would send round a courier to pick up the phone. 3 months later, no courier and no contact from them about it.
Now, someone at work has offered me £75 for it.
Q: should i take the money? i was just gonna keep it for a spare.
Can the maths bozos work out for me the exact probability that the day after i sell it vodafone call to get the phone back?

you've got 6 months of no contact before the phone is legally yours, from what I remember

I'd hang on to it. You know they'd charge you full chat (£££££) if you sell it on and the probability of them asking you for it as soon as you've passed it on it..... well thats sod's law. They probably will know if someone is using it cos of the imei number of the phone ( ithink they can check someone correct me if i'm wrong)

you can do what you like with it but take the consequences after it or just pay of the rest of the contract then both are yours :)
