OT- ish - HELP - How to tighten handbreak cable on a Mk1 97 Punto SX

Sisters MOT on monday, and i need to tighten the handbreak as its about 7 clicks and want to get that down to 4 for the MOT. Anyone know how to do this, have jacks etc, but i know that you can tighten a Mk2 and a Bravo's from the inside! So can you do the same for a Punto Mk1???

Just did her rocker head gasket as well today, and going through all the MOT checks etc i can do at home!

should be tha same, a 13mm nut under the hand brake lever in the car

when you say under do you mean like:

Like on the bravo - just under the lever
