OT- How to make web-style html emails? (FAO Wimmy?)

I'd like to know how to send a fully html email, like all the Boo emails that come around.

I read somewhere that you design it 1st as a webpage, then go to file, Send as email or something, but, either because I use Avant browser, or a different email prog to Outlook, all this does it save the html file as an attachment to the email, it doesn't display like a page.

Any ideas? How do I do this?

I do it in outlook which allows you to send as either rich text, text or html

Ah, OK, so it's my rubbishy email program that's at fault then. It doesn't give me the option.

I would change back to outlook, but for the fact I'd loose all my old mails etc!
