OT - Have you been bugged?

Try living in Stockport...we have a black box for glass and tins,a white bag for paper and green wheelie bin for garden and green waste and "black bin bags" for household waste i cant see why we can have a wheelie bin for household waste instead of bin bags which the cats and dog and foxes rip open at every opportunity not a nice sight i have to use my green wheelie bin to store my bin bags in to stop this happening grrrr sorry rant over..lol

it gets a bit silly when you've got to have about 6 bins for various stuff. Some say we've pretty much cocked up the planet anyway so all this recycling is just pissing into the wind. I've always thought 'save the planet' was a bit of a misnomer - it should be 'save ourselves'. the earth will be here long after we've gone and something will be living on top of our waste, it just won't be us! The sooner we realise this subtle difference the longer we'll have here 'cos then we'll really start to do something about it. Also, the sun's just a dying fireball so when that run's out we're all f*****.

it is all a bit too little too late i think, the extreme weathers we are gettign in the uk now compared to 10/20 years ago is good example,

I agree, i'd much ratehr have a wheelie bin than black bags!
