OT corsa help

I know it is way off topic but, my niece is looking at a corsa 12v for her first car.

Been looking thu the net and cant find any thing about them, like what to look for, what goes wrong, ect.

Any help would be appreciated.

i would say it's a vauxhall, there are millions of them about, snything that is wrong with it will be cheap to fix but i would think they are pretty reliable.

I'd look for servicing, find out what vauxhall say it should have had done, ie every 12000 miles or 1 year, plus when cambelts should be changed etc.

Check the engine number and chassis number look ok as it's the sort of car people will cut and shut as they are easy to sell on. Even do an over the phone check, i think you can get them for £20 or so.

Apart from that, you pay your money and take your chance like any other car.
