OT* Can i run a freeview box into a lcd monitor?

I have a dell lcd monitor lying about and was wondering if i could connect it to a freeview box via something like this

something to do with the frequency and a freeview box not telling the monitor there is an input.



if ur handy with some wire u might be able to modifey it but..... i guess ur not or u'd make ur own lead to start with

It should do mate,as long as you have a VGA socket in back of your freeview box then yer it should.There is one in ours that we have.

Ah right then, dont think my freeview has a rgb out.

The spec for my freeview box says the following

Input /Output
2x SCART (VCR & TV) out
- TV SCART video out: CVBS, Y/C, RGB

I reckon that may work then with one of them cables?
