thanks i do understand what is being said, i checked the service indicator in the menu and it said 13850 miles, does this mean until next service?

Sigh, yes. But it does not indicate the oil degradation counter was reset at the same time- there is no dash 'read-out' to show this.

Get the Dealer to check and provide a print-out of the oil degradation data, before the oil is now changed, as this will prove if the oil counter was reset on the service at 10k. An invoice showing the oil was changed means nothing as unfortunately the ECU is unable to read, and relies on the Tech being on-the-ball and telling it the oil was changed.
