Hi
any one help?
2006 doblo Mjet 1.9 DPF model.

Keep getting warning lights regarding left side light, brake light, fog light.
Codes B1014,B1017,B1032.

Have stripped both back lights and cleaned connections and made sure no worn wires/connections etc. All lights working well.

Battery at 12.4v when running charging at just over 14v.

The thing is the warnings only come on when the lights are off. When I put side lights etc on the warnings stop!?

Have ECUscan but all it told me were the codes and so deleted them but the problem still persists.

Ideas anyone??

Thanks,
Ed.

Need to try a logical sequence.
First, when the warning lights come on, go have a look, at all the lights, all around the vehicle.
Check the brake light switch. It might be broken, or in the process of falling to bits, so giving intermittent silliness.
When the warning lights come on, check the battery voltage then. This may show if the alternator is spiking.
Check/clean fuse box connections.
Find the body computer and check for any water contamination, from perhaps leaking windscreen or door seals. Has the windscreen been recently replaced? Any other work done recently, no matter how irrelevant it may seem.
Check interior lights.
Any lamp that is struggling to find an earth path may find it via another bulb, so bringing up a failure warning as the computer gets confused.
When checking the rear lamps, put all lights on at once, including hazards, brakes, reverse and fog. That will usually highlight any poor connections as they fight.
