Technical not starting

Please can someone help me, bit embarassing being towed to a main dealer with my N reg Uno 999 .Its a fire engine with the bosch carb /injector .Have spark but fuel only gets to the two things just inside the top of the carb/injector .This is under pressure . I am now out of my depth. I have checked the electrical connections that plug in to the above and they seem ok .
Please help me to get my little Uno back on the road.
