No Media

[Misspaula]

Hello

I have tried two different USB flash drives and it is still saying no media, one of the flash drives i used to put the message reader on to the system so i know it recognises it, i have also formatted my flash drive to fat32 and all files are MP3. Is there something simple i am not doing as i have not got a manual yet.
