Hey everyone. I bought a 2015 Fiat 500 Lounge last week. When I try to play mp3's via Blue & Me, the tracks all show on the dashboard display, but do not play? I have tried different makes and sized usb's. All formatted to Fat32. I have tried them with just 1 or 2 tracks. I have tried different mp3 players. I have uploaded updates from the website to the car. None of this makes any difference. I can see the tracks, auto play is on, but it just won't play them? Any ideas before I pull the last hair out of my already bald head?!!!

Can't you play directly off your phone?
I have exactly the same problem. My car is a Punto year 2014 lounge model. I have iphone 8 that will not work with music playback via fiat usb connector in the car. It only works when using phone. I have updated with fiat latest software in the car. Have also tried and disconnect power from the battery for 15 min. Nothing helps.
It has worked quite flawlessly in the past, but suddenly I could not use it anymore.
I have found an alternative method, I connect my iphone via Aux plug in the car and press the media on the radio then it goes over to Aux. All sound from the phone goes over the radio / speakers it works really well. Am very happy with the sound through the Aux jack on the radio. I have this adapter for my iphone 3.5 mm Audio + Charge RockStar
But would like to know if there is a solution for Fiat usb media player ..

On a Danish facebook group Fiat, I have today been informed that this device "BlueMe" will make it work again without any problems.
I have not tried it myself, so far I use Aux via radio.
