Thanks for all the suggestions guys!
We managed to find a lovely place in Norfolk not far from Burnham Overy Staith.
Cant remember the name of it off by heart but its something like "the lifeboat"

And for £59 for a double ensuite with breakfast included Im not gonna be skint come next weekend

For future reference Q Hotels do a nice spa weekend the missus loved, all the pool, gym, sauna etc was included. Some deals have health/beauty treatments in them and then shes up for it in the evening
