Right Jim, my insurance doesn't currently cover use of Sylvia. I'll ring Churchill tomorrow to see what they can offer, seeing as it's renewal time soon anyway they might want to help me out.

Jim I've just rang Churchill and they say I can't cover Sylvia under my own policy at all, as you're insured on her and own her. She said I need to go on your policy as a Temporary Additional Driver. So there's this option or the Norwich Union option.

Is Sylvia still landing on the 4th? I suppose we should sort this out once and for all 'eh. I've sorted everything out with work and I've got several windows open next week to pick her up.

We've had some problems with insurance which means that Sam can't get the car

There was some brain storming at the weekend and one of the FMC guys that lives locally has offered to get the car, keep it at his and pick it us up from Blackpool/Liverpool on the 23rd so Stu and I are still going to be at Auto Italia if anyone is up for a meet!

Anyway, the good news is that Sylvia has just cleared UK customs!!!

She's unoffically home!!!!!

I have to have a word with Neil from the FMC as he's putting us up about where he lives and stuff but it should be do-able.

This is great stuff... All these car people from all different clubs/forums coming together to help from all over the world... Northern Ireland Italian Motor Club, Fiat Forum, Fiat America, Mirafori.com, Fiat & Lancia US, etc...

Me (and my panda) are feeling very humbled
