Technical Panda 141 1.1 radiator fan

Has anyone changed the thermostaic radiator switch. I think its at the bottom of the radiator I suspect a nighmare to get at?? Thanks in advance

Strange, as the cooling system is one of the most important systems of the engine / vehicle pity they haven't covered it.
