i'm impressed, maybe you should be thinking of a career change !:)
great photos(y)

Nah, I'll stick to the FF's resident Panda explorer. It's more fun!

Steve - I've got another 6 panels of that sofa support (you use 3 per seat) if you want to try it. If I get time I'll drop up and let you sit in Sylvia and see what you think...

Might be worth new Foam, it's really cheap from Mervyn Stewarts and it's preformed to fit.

I was thinking about that cause I was told by the US boys that customs would give me an easier time if I told them Sylvia was a Race-car but as I've all that sorted with a 'Tourist visa' on Sylvia I'm going to keep them in as I'm going to have one of the few 4 seater fiats at the FFO I'm going to be able to offer lifts! (and hide stuff in the boot when she's parked)

Went to get the wheel bearings of Mervyn Stewarts today and got stuck in the middle of a Bomb Scare off Falcon rd and was really late back to work... Thought Ash was going to explode right infront of me when I got into the shop:eek:

Good omen or bad omen???

Ok, I got this emailed to me but I'm not allowed to post it till later in the week but as you all know I can't hold water so I'll put up a teaser.....

God, really busy day!

Like I wanted to get up to Steve's and have a gander at the sisley but there was just no time at all....

First thing got up to Kwik Fit and got the 2 front wheel bearings on and had the wheels balanced, aligned and the handbrake sorted (and a once over of the brakes)... Not bad for 40 quid

Then it was a change of coolant. I drained and flushed the system and stuck in some of that funky 5 year red anti freeze stuff as I'm hoping that it will cope with the hotter temperatures in the states than what ever was in the system. (you gotta remember that there was only minutes to go after fitting the last engine before I got the boat outta Ireland so god knows what's been cooling Sylvia for the last 9 mths)

Took the car into town tonight as I was picking Alan up after work and he was leaving me to go to the pictures to watch Poseidon and get drunk afterwards but I forgot I was in a car covered in graphics when I was sitting outside Alan's office... Tried to ignore the fact that people started to take pictures of Sylvia with their camera phones while I was sitting there:eek:

Anyway, the prognosises is good. Sylvia it running well and I've replaced everything that I should of so if something goes wrong then it's going to be pretty unforeseen.....

Roll on the weekend and the FMC meet!

Yeah, if Sylvia gets nicked or damaged in the next 72 hours I think I'd have the president of Fiat US at my door with a hatchet looking me:eek:

I'll get that car to Detroit if I have to push it!!!*

Jim

(*why do I get the feeling that I shouldn't of said that:eek: )
