Technical New Tyres

I need to change all 4 tyres and I know a friend who can get me 4 brand new 'yokohama pradas spec 2' tyres for £57.75 each. These are 215/45/R17 tyres. Just wondering if these are good tyres for the price etc, any one tried them out before,

I've read that these tyres have excellent grip in the dry and great response on the brakes. No personal experience with them.
