I did look at chipping it! But then no warranty so will leave it for its 3rd birthday! Lol
Unless I trade it in before then!

I fitted a piggy-back Italian Box off ebay when I first had my 1.3 75 and the OBD spat it out. Engine went into limp-home mode with engine warning light which I couldn't reset, even with the box removed. I had to take it back to MD who changed the fuel rail sensor  .

I had it re-mapped professionally soon after by a guy who did my S type Jag diesel. It's up to the 95 spec and the difference is amazing. More torque and power at lower revs so your foot is backed off the gas pedal giving better economy. Obviously if you use the extra power for more speed/acceleration, you pay for it in economy, but the engine is much more relaxed
(and so am I ;) ).

No warranty issues and re-map is virtually undetectable (y)

Ive been looking into remapping my Nemo but am still unsure about it. Quotes range from £250 to £350. Theres a local company to me, but they are at the high end of the quotes. The cheaper ones are further afield. Not sure if I like the idea of someone doing it mobile as I'd like a rolling road print out after.

I've had a rolling road power run done on the van when I was at a car show, and am waiting for my bluetooth obd2 reader and will compare iPhone app power to the actually rolling road print out. At least then I if I get a new map I can see if, and how much it's done.
