Just bought an old 99 Scudo as I wanted something for the mountain bike and dog walking to save the company car getting messed up. This vehicle has 174000 miles, so just run in I expect. It has been a decorators van for 7 years and has done very little mileage in that time. The main dealer service shows that 70% of its mileage was done in the first 2 years.
Shes in much better than average condition and I want to do a belts change and service. Anywhere I can read up on the 1.9 non turbo? The vehicle has a few minor issues, the odd lock that doesnt work, one dent in the wing, front door but is basically very sound and bursts into life the second I turn the key.
I used to have a 2 litre HDI expert so im fully aware that this non turbo 1.9 will feel like a milk float by comparrison but its simple and when they are this old, thats gotta be good
