Need to tow car to garage..help

hi my car is a non runner and i need it towing to the local garage, cannot push it

i took it off the insurance as it was off road since december so didnt think it was worth paying for insurance

however its still taxed

also the towing eye thread has worn so its really needs to be lifted

any ideaS?

Sounds like you will need to pay a locally recovery firm to lift it and drop it at the garage, i did this a number of years back cost me about £30 for a 2-3 mile trip.
