Right,
On May 14th, i ordered somne wheels from an American website for £550. When i ordered them, from a guy called jeremiah (queer), he said they would take 2 weeks to arrive at manchester airport.
2 weeks came and went, no wheels, so i rang up and he said there waiting for them to recieve them from their warehouse and that he would let me know by email when they wer ready to be sent (lie number one)
another 2 weeks passed, still no wheels, i rang again and he said that they had sent the wrong fitment to them, so they needed to return them and be provided the right fitment, again said he would let me know by email (lie number 2)
About 5 days later, i rang back to try cancel the wheels, but he said that they had been sent that day (lie number 3) and i said ok (figuring id just sell them on ebay as i no longer wanted them) and he said that he would email me the tracking number (lie number 4)
2 days later i still hadnt recieved an email, so i rang back, and he asked what my email address was, but the line was breaking up, so he **** hear me and put me on hold, then came back and said is your email adress so and [email protected], i said yes, then he said oh sorry we had the wrong email address (lie number 5, if they had the wrong one, how did they know the right one without me telling them), and that again he would email me the tracking number straight away (lie number 6)
2 weeks later after i return of holiday, still no reply, so i rang up and asked to speak to the manager, who then put me back through to jeremiah, who after plenty of stuttering and bull ****ting, said they no longer made the wheel, despite the fact they had apparently sent them out to me. he asked if i wanted a refund, and i said yes, to which he said i would recieve a refund the next day (lie number 7)
2 weeks later (yesterday) i rang and spoke to another manager, who again put me thorough to that ****, who said they must have forgotten and would email me yesterday irrelevant of the situation to inform me what would happen (how the refund wud take place) (lie number fuking 8)
I really dont know what to say or do, im just getting lied to every time i ring up, what can i do or say to them??
I paid through paypal, but because its been over 45 days since i ordered them, they arent intersted
