You are going nowhere till you find out why the relay is clicking. Still looking most likely you have a wiring problem preventing correct voltages from getting to the relay or electronics controlling the relay - or just a battery problem.

Could be grounding issue or bad battery.

Check the earth on the throttle body as this one also grounds the fuel pump.
