Roast beef, mash, double veg, red wine and onion gravy, followed by banana cake 
I skipped lunch today as I was rushing about, had a latte and an energy shot thing snd a protein bar, not the wisest move I have ever made

Tin of tescos cheap beef curry and an uncle bens microwave rice was suprisingly yummy :yum:
terri made some cous cous thing, some quiche with out pastry or mile thing, and asparagus. was nice

I had wholemeal spaghetti with tomato and white wine sauce with tuna, king prawns and mussels. Going to get some cake soon but still failing miserably towards my carbohydrate and protein and fat totals for the day
Pack of baccon fried with a chopped onion and some mixed veg, simmered in sweet & sour sauce and an uncle bens thai rice :yum::slayer:

Usual breakfast (cereal, fruit, natural yoghurt, tea), lunch was a 6ins Italian BMT subway (would have been a footlong but it came about an hour after breakfast). Dinner was a hot and cold buffet at work, I got three platefuls (it's really starting to annoy people at work now how much I can eat) Supper was roast beef and mash and veg I may actually have met my food needs for the day for a change
