Kebab I was working late and am exhausted, the idea of shopping and cooking makes me feel like crying I've also just been informed I'm making my first curry from scratch on Wednesday - he said I could make a jar curry but I really don't do jars. Any helpful tips anyone?

Had 'ush', a kind of noodle soup using kidney beans, lentils, chick peas, etc and pitta bread aka ash or aush, depending on which part of the Middle East your recipe is from, followed by rhubarb fool with a yogurt-topped shortbread :yum:
had pasta spirals in a fat free tomato sauce with peppers an asparagus in asparagus is on offer at asda for £1 a bunch so most of my posts in this thread will probably have that in for a while
Did chicken biryani with gobi aloo saag :yum: I was well impessed, all worked out quite well although the rice was still a little sticky, think I should have left it to soak longer.
