Roast beef in red wine and onion sauce with mash and spring veg. Whoever invented microwave mash and veg was pure genius :worship:

Same again! Tried to work out how to reheat the beef from yesterday without it drying too much and ended up microwaving it in the sauce - it was a bit tough but not bad. Anyone got any better ideas?

a few splashes of water will stop anything from drying out in a microwave and can ressurect bread / donuts that are hard as nails
