My insurance covers for third party only when I drive the selecta.
If the car is still insured by you Aston Martin add me for the day
or
If there is no insurance on the car I'll do a temp cover myself (for fully comp)
or do nothing if you want to risk it providing you still have cover on the vehicle.
(just thought I'd make it legit to keep mep (and PC Plod) happy)
If the heater is stuck on I'll open a window...

Sounds like we're getting somewhere .
If you want to bring it down Friday you would need to be at my workshop before 2pm as I have an airport run to do in the afternoon. Alternatively I could book it in for an mot next week, as long as AM Still has it insured you can drive it down without tax.

4.5 hr drive so to get to Vernon's before 2 means leaving at 9 to be safe (and miss morning rush), doable, despite dog needing to be walked before I set off. Yeah I know but not an early riser myself
I don't get to play at the workshop then with the airport run
Presuming I'll get a lift to the train station (I don't do buses) and can make the 14:15 or the 14:44 to book now (I presume) would be £78.50, otherwise an anytime single is £140.50. and there are 2 changes!
This reminds me why I drive and don't take trains as the journey time is 4hrs 17mins so when taken into account with a cab back home is easily slower too.

The first Panday was the Selecta and Fizz, this mini Panday will be their last get together.
Don't get all semi mental on me now, there's something in my eye.....
Selecta's going to live on a (Panda) farm.....

Yes, you're allowed to drive to and from an mot station without tax so if you're bringing it down on the Sunday it would have to be booked in for Monday. Or I could book it in for the Friday and you could spend the whole weekend at Panda camp, I'll lend you a Panda with the Panda tent to get there from the workshop.

Is it AON to YRK at 14.15 John? If so, how do I buy it for you to collect the tickets?
Wouldn't make Alton station for 2.15pm, needs to be 2.45 or 3.15 if there is one.
Nope that's the only one at anywhere near that price. I thought £78 was a rip-off but £140??!!!
If 2.15 is no good it may need to go back to Panda Camp plan B.
Edit 17.14 is £57 which is much more reasonable. I'm assuming this is the right route but John needs to confirm.
