i was wondering why ive been having ice cream cravings lol

this is for a aftermarket alarm system which has the boot opening function.
first i took the rear lock out and drilled a small hole into the white plastic clip

then attached the lock, i managed to find a old mr2 door with the metal bars so i cut them and plased one end into the hole and bent the end of the bar so it wont slide off.

offered up the motor and drilled holes and screwed it down, this is where it should be

used a pipe to thread the wire thru

wires cable tied down and pushed thru the rubber between the boot and body of the car!
in this case my alarm uses a negative pulse so i connected a wire to the perminant + and the other end to the alarm pulsed negative!

not much of a update but decided to give everything a clean and check all of the suspension, brakes and a service

was going to keep this as a suprise but here you go everybody, leaking oil from rear crankshaft seal, bought a new one from fiat and its still leaking

soo much smoke its unberable!
need help bigtime guys

the timing was out by a tooth in the 2nd vid, the 1st and 3rd vid has timing set up properly

very fast smoke.... drove it on private land, pools of smoke and feels like headgasket had blown tbh

yes definately burning oil, i am unsure weither its coming from the turbo or the headgasket

im going to give it a compression check, i really think the headgasket has gone :/

but wont it be inconsistent if there's oil getting past pistons won't the air go past and give a false indication of HG leak is a moist steam if so its the gasket

i think il take the cat off and start the car and see if theres any oil leakage, basically check everything lol

bad news for me :/ turbo is badly leaking oil so i might have to see if i can get this one rebuilt :/

crankshaft leak has been sorted, turned out oil breather was complely blocked

I need the car for work so i put my old engine back in and built a monster of an air filter
