i remeber when i have a mk1 clio with a r5 lump in it on the front bumper of that i fitted a mk3 golf vr6 splitter

You may need to roll your inner arches with new wheels, but its easily done.
What are you doing to the lights? I think I might paint my lenses yellow for the early French look. Its legal aswell!

yeh when i fit them i will hammer them out abit will be fine haha got to take the plastic out of the front as it rub on it lol

well as it being lowish now i came in to a problem lol a little thing called the the shell of the car haha so i did some cutting =]and o yer yellow head lights yay !!!!
well this is the problem i faced when the car was on the floor there was 3mm befor it was hitting so i did some cutting
anyways i no its not pritty but it worked so who cares =]
and the other side
so yeh i sorted that problem so i started on the head lights =D big win !!!

If you want a standard 4x4 sump guard I doubt you'll be able to go lower as they actually hang quite low.
Not a fan of this sort of thing myself, but each to their own, another Panda saved from the scrapyard is not a bad thing.

How much have the modifications affected insurance costs?
yeh even if i have to modifiy it i dont mind as im pritty good with the welder.
im only got another 20-30 mm more =] i only need one till i higer the engin up with i gett round to it =] did it on my polo and it was easy
i no its not to every ones tast but its not finished yet so you never no you mite like it =D
well im 19 no points and i live in somerset and fully comp its £740 ish with it lowerd so not bad im paying £1600 on my truck so yeh
Your CV joints are going to cry in pain, but I suppose it depends how many miles you do as to whether the rapid wear becomes an issue. You probably know this from lowering other cars, but you could do with a geometry check when you have gone as low as you want. I would expect the steering arms to start to toe in the front wheels as they reach the limit of the rod end "ball" movement?
naa my cv joints will be fine they will last the 5000miles im gunna do this year to and from shows. yeh all the tracking will be done in feb once everything is done =]
wicked i like the look of this buddy, i wouldn mind a panda my self but i hate insurance they always sting me arghhh

yeh man the panda is really growing on me =] funn little car to drive

ive got to tweek the ride hight abit more when i put my new wheels on but that wont be for a week or 2
um well i need to get a splitter for the front and sort the exhurst out next week then got to do the interor
I will await the wheel change as I always think wheels can make a car, also are you going to be painting it or leaving it as it is?

yeh mate so will i as i can see abit of luck needed seein as the archs are pritty small hahahah
i tell you what i am loving panda insurance =] i never been so happy paying insurance. well i dunno about never goin back lol still on the look out for a good soild nova saloon as thats where my experties are =]
and yer the color is staying as i like it tbh just gunna re doo the black once the wheels are fitted
