trigger wheel came the other day unfortunately i cannot use it but i can just put a 2 inch one straight it from trigger wheels.com and use the original sensor (y) and just to give you an idea of the quality in these types of engines eavan the trigger wheel is surface ground  not just back and forth either a rotating surface grind

you get some dodgey garages who say they do stuff and dont just for the money was it owned by a woman you can tell if a garage is good as they will show you there work done (y)

So true family car (picasso) full front end suspention survice very expensive came out whorse than it went in :( same garage we have been going to for years I bought my fist car from them ( punto mk 1) but oviosly no respect considering all of the men in family are either in motor trade or engineering so I service what I can on the drive

thank you yes it is :) ish lol not the fastest build but there is alot to do mainly after work i have been tidying garage out and stuff pulled out 2 engines there of to the scrap harvested good parts and other punto bits and bats are going in the bin as for the build itself things have slowed down a bit but not stopped go loads of stuff to do to designs and figuring out the best parts to use next thing on the list is to finish rear suspension to get it to a rolling chassis stage ( may be going to college to get engine frame and stuff profetanaly welded up for safety plus they can teach others real world scenarios in the proses ) dont forget priuses car batery situation when he had the accident a full engine getting lose dose not bair thinking about safety first :p

so its been a while :( but the garage has unfortunately turned into storage for a family friend so the cinqs kind of buried (protected with cover) but things have not stopped been looking into engine management and i have found a perfect ecu(canems) but i have found another method gsxr 1000cc k6 (2006 i think) can e apparently hacked quite easily to adjust map rev limit and so on and its the same one that i got the itbs of so sequential injection and a simple loom aswell but units come at a price about 250 pounds with the keys but its just a thought and still haven't got around to sending of cad file to laser cutters for rear trailing arms and a thought on the engine support the original bike frame cut up a bit but it will be lightweight and very strong and that is just a thought

and hopefully i can have my garage back :worship:
