Anyways mate, might have to give you a call tomorrow or text as I put the finishing touches on the cutting and shaping the new engine cover! I hope to get this done tomorrow anyways before the next mod arrives in the post!

No mate never ditched, became more complicated, more to cut off and shape it.

Evening All,

Yes as some of you correctly guessed it is an Abarth dash insert I have to say I think it has transformed the inside of my car and the black leather runs with the theme inside and matches nicely with the carbon fibre vinyl :devil:.

In terms of removing the old dash this wasn't that big of a job although there were times when I heard and snap and closed my eyes and said "oh fcuk" LOL but all in all a very easy removal .

How did.you.get on with the plastic welding.on the.dash trim? Did you just pop it.off and pop it.back on again?

Hi mate, yeh it was very simple and yes the Abarth one popped in but needed to glue it down at the far side passenger side.

Right got three more mods on the go and Reuuk has tempted me with the A, B and C pillars etc being changed from the awful cream. I am thinking of doing these in leather and having a nice silver stitch done to finish them off so going to see a mate tomorrow regarding a price on that.

Anyways, a purchase I made arrived today which is headlight protectors. I am going to fit the colour coded brows to the headlight protects I think will keep you all in the loop. Andy Monty your getting involved in this one mate need some advice lol

Another mod is being shipped so should be here end of the month I think.

I also called up regarding the private reg I have been looking at for some time now, in fact there are two one of which is a reasonable amount and one of which isn't. Well I have made an offer on the expensive one.

I am also on the look for some H&R Cup Springs if anyone comes across any, recommendations of Sweex as coilovers will just ruin my car!

This has to come to an end though doesn't it :devil:

TBH I love my GP and the comments I have been getting lately from here and instagram and the comments from strangers out and about lately has been awesome makes all the effort, time and money worth while to a certain extent.

Anyways, as you all know, there's more to come lol :slayer:

Evening guys took the car today to a mate to have him look at the roof lining and the AB and C pillars. The best price he came back with was £250.00 using real leather not fake stuff and include the silver stitch I told him I need to think about it what do you guys think?
