Finally had a day off for once. Headed up 2 B&Q got some MDF and started constructing my boot build. Created the side panels first followed by the twin sub box. Not totally finished yet. Still got stuff to finish off but the general idea is there. Wanted to see peoples opinions.

The center section where the 2 subs are lifts out. But in order to lift it out you need to unscrew the subs. Im mounting a screwdriver behind the back seat part where all the cables will be hidden. Im going to wrap the intire boot in black leather. Possibly the side panels in black and the centre in tan . Not very sure yet. Going to finnish all the wood work hopefully this week. Get it all wired up and the amps dialled in.

. Hopefully the weather will be better for sunday. Also going to try remove the headliner,A,B,C pillers and get all these black!. If the weather is crap. Will head to U-Pull it or Sport Car Breakers for black door cards or on the search for lol.

home from work slighty early so spent 3 hours on the boot build. Cut the holes for the amp connections on the back of the sub box. Cut out the other side panel for the amp. Though i didnt take into the acount of the other amp. Meaning i had to cut the box 20mm smaller. Strip the sub box down and cut everything again to suit. Screwed all back together and test fitted. Slight gap around 3-4mm each side to allow for the leather vinyl. Should be perfect!. Finnished the night off with sealing inside the sub box with silicone to stop any air leaks at the seams. Should dry over night and hopefully get it all wired up for a test run tommo .
