General multipla radio problem

Hi all
I have just bought my first Multipla and love love it. Only problem is the radio when switched on keeps showing 'DEMOMODE' and switches itself off and then back on again. Can anyone help. Oh and one other minor issue, the fan blower although it works perfectly on all settings, every so often it blasts out as if there is a loose wire which when earthed puts it on to full power.

I cannot help with radio problem but I do know my multipla's heating speeds up and slows down as well, this happen's in the auto mod on the selector dial, you have off, auto, then 1,2,3,4. You may have the switch in the auto setting
