General Multipla jtd hesitating

Could anyone advise me why they think my 07 plate keeps hesitating - feels like more power needed on pedals, had egr valve replaced and diagnostic test showed nothing last week, injector cleaner added but prob still there

If the EGR valve has been done, my next suspects would be:

Dirty Air Flow Meter.

Breaks/air leaks in the induction pipework.
