General mpg for £20 in a sporting

When I bought my standard Sei the other day it had about a fiver in it, just hovering over the red mark, I reset the tacho did 20 something miles to get home, then I've put £20 in it since, still got about half that left, the light has just come on today, and the tacho reads 124 miles. I've both thrashed it and drove it slow, round town mainly with the odd bypass. Seems pretty good, and I've still got a service to do!

Put £30 (£1.27 a litre) into an almost empty tank, and it read 194 miles with the guage at about a quarter of a tank before I've filled up again. That seems pretty good to me, sorry I can't be more accurate but we were going a fair distance in a few days so I had to top up. Also I've been pretty much caining it whenever possible. Wish there was a good way to accurately measure it, as I think I'm getting great mpg but can't be sure.
