looks nice eh? couple of small probs, one side overlooks the carphone warehouse head office site, the other ways over look a giant industrial park, oh and dont forget the walk past a very very nasty little estate from the tube station to your apartment.

It's like any city, you have good areas and bad areas. I'm sure parts of Manchester, Liverpool or London would be just as bad. Parts of North Belfast are still run by paramilitaries, that's a loyalist area where that house is, and it's cheap for a reason.

Which ones are they then? When they ask if you're a roundhead or cavalier which do you answer?
