Can't see any red anywhere looks chrome/silver 
the exhaust willonly fail if its holed or sticking out so far you could easily catch it when walking past
is it red underneath?

yeah its a cherry bomb exhaust only the back box is red
well is it that loud or not? cos my mate has one and its not very loud

im not into the whole screamingly loud exhaust thing., if it is really load they might fail you.,
do you still have the original exhaust? if so just throw that back on and put it in for the test.,.,
