General More warning lights

Hi everyone, I posted a while back about my engine management light and various other warnings (hill hold, tyre pressure, skid control on my 1.4 petrol Tipo. This seemed to be solved by replacing the battery, and I've had a couple of hassle free months of motoring. Unfortunately this problem has re-appeared this week, but seems to be slightly different this time. Previously the faults were intermittent, however now the warning lights are on constantly and the car is in limp mode all the time.

I've plugged in a code reader and I'm getting the following codes, which it doesn't allow me to clear:
C1600, P003, U3F00, P0007, U1000, U1022.

These codes (even with googling) mean nothing to me, can anyone shed any light?

May not be relevant, but this fault occurred the day after I had the oil and filter changed.

P003 and p0007 seem to be fuel pressure related at least in generic codes


However you also have 3 CAN errors codes Wich would point to some sort of electrical fault worth checking the battery again and all of the connection to it as well as the main earth cable
