More delay for my 500:(

Spoke to a guy today who has been waiting 3 weeks for a car currently at dockside also manufactured by the Fiat group (It's a Ferrari, but same group as we all know!) so seems widespread !
 
Well, three days after asking CS for info.... nothing. Rang them again and constantly put on hold, so left a message. TBH, if I could get my deposit back Id tell them to stick it up their bum... what a way to treat a customer:(:( Ive got a blinding headache worrying about this, which isnt like me at all.
 
Spoke to the dealer, they have no info on the car as to why its still delayed... but said CS had called them. I pointed out its weird no one can say whats happening and he said he doesnt know what to say! Hes going to try and find more out on Monday... maybe Im worrying over nothing?
 
We haven't been told about any delays with deliveries Barry, but I have noticed that we've had fewer deliveries than expected over the last two weeks :(

I'll make some enquiries tomorrow and post any info Fiat give me...
 
Thats cool, now Ive had a weekend to chill out I feel a whole lot better:) Think I just got paranoid last week, thinking the worse... but if you knew what happened with my new Panda 4 years ago youd understand!
Guess Ill just sit tight and wait see what they say in the week, I just so want my 500 now:)
 
Was promised a call from the dealer today to let me know whats happening, no call at all:(
Customer service rang and had no info still, something is definately up.... when I told the salesman I thought his dealer were telling me porkies, he went quiet and didnt know what to say, they are basically giving me the attitude of just wait, were not telling you anything.

Well, I feel really uneasy about the dealer now, I have emailed them telling them I wish to cancel under section 4a regarding late delivery of over 28 days, and that I will go and collect the cheque for my deposit on Thursday!

Either they will get their ass into gear and tell me whats going on or Ill get a grand back, whatever happens will be good.
I just feel the dealer/customer relationship has broken down... and all because they just wont ever phone me when they say they will.
 
Do you want me to see if there are any identical cars in the network anywhere? Might make your dealership actually do something if you tell them you can get the same car somewhere else?

I really just want these idiots to just give me back my money, I dont trust them... its like they just arent interested, and always go back on their word. Whats it going to be like if I have any problems with it?
Look forward to their response, if they can be bothered that is.
