thinking of getting a fully body kit, spoiler, bumper (back and front) and skirts. Im 18 yrs old and have 0 yrs claims, paying £1600 fully comp for my normal 2000 Punto, will it affect me much?

Depends on what you mean by 'much'. You'll probably have to pay over £2K I reckon, but the only surefire way is to contact your insurance co directly and ask them.

Depends on your insurance company, for example, those mods you listed would cost me nothing extra to insure with Quinn Direct. They aren't bothered about styling mods
