MK2b Direct Replacement Speakers

Hi, does anyone know of any speakers that will replace the ones in the front doors without the need for any adaptors? ie, ones that just screw in place the same as the old ones?

I've been told that the Alpine SPS-170A speakers are good direct replacements as they come in a punto audio upgrade package on www.caraudiocentre.co.uk but I wanted to know if there were any others?

i used the sony 17cm 3 way ones cheap and sound pretty decent

I think anything will fit as long as its 16.5-17cm
someone correct me if I'm wrong thooo

I thought the standard speakers in the front were only 13cm?

Does the speaker grille fit back over the top of your speakers?
