Oh yeah spoke to my insurance earlier about how much it'd cost to insure a 1.4 grande punto and im pleased to say i'd get a grande insured no problem just need to get my savings up to scratch

My thoughts exactly. Yorkshire Italia is exactly that, and Auto Italia is in general. The Midlands aught to follow suit IMO. When people search google for example to find something local to them, something like "Midlands Italian Car Meets" is what they will search. We aught to keep the name simple to something like Midlands Auto Italia, Midlands Italia, Midlands Italian Car Club ect ect. Something along those lines. It'll bring more people toward it from search engines, also it seems friendlier IMO than 'social society' or 'owners club'. We don't want to sound to fancy, atleast in the early days Want

My car will only be four weeks old at the meet so is definately bog standard I doubt if I'll have time to get the private plates on it

I'll be lucky if I even manage to wash the blummin' thing.... And I've a stack of stuff in the boot that needs fitting/fettling/replacing, etc..... Just not going to happen, I'm afraid....

Yes!

Just meant that none of the work on the car will be done: as I have a busy, busy week, next week....

(Off the top of my head, this includes -- and I know I've forgotten most of it... -- replacing the breather hose; installing a footrest; changing the bulbs; installing an external temperature gauge; etc., etc., etc.... -- and I'm still waiting for a new driver's door-seal and engine cover to arrive.... Oh, the joys of Punto ownership.)

Oh yes haha well if you need any help with some of the stuff at the meet i dont mind helping, after all we all punto/fiat owners here we all help each other with our issues im hoping to make my own relay/fuse wiring for front fogs before the meet
