Microsoft word 2007..PROBLEM!

i recently got the new word and well its just not working when i press enter instead of going to the line underneath it leaves a line so for example

any one any idea ?

Need to change Paragraph options - highlight the text, right click, properties - then Spacing, change the After option to 0pt.

It is also shown on the Page Layout tab, under the column Spacing.

Ahh.. neat trick

At the top of the page are various paragraph options, make a new one where the line spacing is 1.0 and save it as the default one.
