Technical MES & Facelift cars

As far as I'm aware it can do evething on the cars?

Or do you mean the newest hybrid cars?

If so I don't know if the developers have added support for them yet and if they have a SGW fitted multiecuscan will be limited to reading codes only and will not have the ability to clear them

@typecastboy, I have a feeling you might be our guinea pig on this one.

Research "Fiat SGW module" - there's a big warning message on the MES & Gendan websites, for a start.

The attached document is from the manufacturer of a so-called bypass device, and may be of interest.

No, Fiat group have locked all third party decides from connecting to their cars produced from circa 2018> I believe.

Are you sure?

This is certainly true for the 500L, 500X & Doblo. It's not clear from what I've read whether or not the vanilla 500 & Panda are also included.

It's an important issue for anyone wishing to maintain their own car, or to have it maintained outside the franchised dealer network. We need facts, not guesswork.
