Styling Marea door skin

Hi all - I have a problem with a 1999t Marea 155 4 door.

The passenger side window aint going up or down - sounds like the motor is still good but something has come loose. Is there a trick to getting the door skin off to have a look?

Remove all the screws, pop all the poppers.

Sounds like either the track has came off the end of the motor, or the plastic plug through the glass has broken.
