I get them on Ali Express. They program perfectly. The come with the chips and a blank blade. You can either get the blade cut, or just replace it. I'll see if I can find the link.

I am going to investigate further. Thankyou. I will not now waste any money on things I cant currently utilise!
The kit to do the keys costs £300. You only need to do two keys and you have your money back. That's why I bought it. I've only done 3 keys with it, but the convenience of being able to do it myself now without needing to get a locksmith as well as the cost. I'm already in profit with 3 keys done. If you decide to get it, let me know and I'll send you the link.

For pre coding remotes it lists 500x but not the panda or 500
Yeah, I've used it. Have coded 3 Fiat 500 remote keys.

Yes that's it. I've done Facelift cars using it. It can also test to see if a key is putting out a signal which is really handy and I was going to buy a separate gadget to do that. Not had a car where OBD is locked out.Just double checking

Can do all keys lost and add a key. Be sure to learn all existing keys after producing a new one.
