This does not happen often but I am ill! - it's official, I have a man cold given to me by the missus

I am managing quite well all things considered, I have taken some cold and flu and ibuprofen and still went into the office today (at two day's a week can't afford not to!), also did some washing up and made dinner. Might have to go to bed early though.................

Was telling my woe's to a chap in the office today who showed me this, had to laugh 'cos it was a fatter version on me!!!

Just managed to bag myself a set of Infinity Reference 6010's off fleabay for the bargain price of £25!!

Need to get an amp next, anyone got a wiring diagram?

Well made a start on the speakers and these guy's are quite a lot of work!! Car is sat outside at the moment with the dash in bits, centre consul out, door trims off, speaker and tweeter surrounds sat on the kitchen table as they need to be cut to take the new speakers and tweeters - I hope its worth it!!

I have finished fitting the Infinity speakers and am very happy with the result!! Don't underestimate what is involved with this job, I started yesterday afternoon about 14.00 and didn't finish until about 15.30 today! I did have a break of about an hour yesterday evening but worked on modifying speaker mountings until 01.30 this morning, then back out to the car for 08.30 to crack on...........

I have taken lots of photo's and will post a guide soon but this is actually quite an involved job and does require removing all of the lower dash trim, centre consul, door trims, lower half of the door surround rubber and speaker mount trim in the footwell, also requires cutting holes in the tweeter mounts and the speaker mounts..............

Test drove the new speakers with Portishead Strangers - nearly blew the roof off! :devil:

Would like to hear how these sound, its the only thing i have not modded with my B, The sound at the mo. seems ok but would be great to have it better.

A question though, How does the center consule come off as i have the silver one which i would like to fit., and also the door panel to the right as i have one with a pocket which i would also like to change.

wouldnt want to snap anything trying to get them off incorrectly.
