Lost some B&M functions

My Blue & Me has always worked perfectly in the 8 months I've had my 500. But last night I tried using the voice command to select a folder (from a USB stick full of music), and it said No Media. I tried again, same thing. Then I tried through the steering wheel menu, same again. Then I discovered all it will do on Media Player setting is Play All. So I know the USB stick is fine - I also took it out and plugged it into my laptop to make sure it wasn't corrupted.

Any ideas on what is wrong and what I can do? I'm guessing it's a dealer problem, but I'm loathed to book it in as it has already been in once in the last week for an unrelated problem. I'm already on first name terms with all the staff!

Music will play on the memory stick, it just won't find any of my folders or search artist etc.

Weird. Just got in the car and plugged the stick back in, after it had built the media library everything worked perfectly again.

Now are these Fiat gremlins or Microsoft gremlins?

Probably both, mine sometimes looses my phone.

The usual battery -ve off for 20 minutes cures it every time. Watch out for video files on the stick too mine gets mucho upset if it finds one.
