Technical Looking for a bolt.

I am in the process of changing the rear springs and shocks on my wife's Panda 4x4. One side was easy, job done in about an hour. But the other side, the front spring bolt is seized inside the spring bush. Tried heat and a big hammer, it won't budge, can only see me cutting it out. I've been looking for a replacement bolt, but had no joy yet. Any ideas where I can locate one? Thanks.

All sorted, got one from our local Brico (tractor supply department).
