Technical Locks wont lock,

Hello, the wife has done something to the fiat. It is a 2004 1.4
The central locking wont work, it clicks at the door in the back but non of the locks move. The indicators flash once then twice quickly.

I have changed the key fob battery, also when I use the key in the lock only the drivers side goes down then it goes back up. it has also stopped locking as you drive off.
Any thoughts on what to do first?

All fixed, I took the car battery off for a charge for about 1 hour, it seems to be working now.

Unlikely it was flat..

Turning the engine should need LOTS more power than central locking

Maybe it just rebooted the system
