an interesting url. I checked on my left hand drive car. Those connections D097 a and C must be in the cross member that the front of the front seat is connected to. There are a large number of wires passing into that cross member from the left hand side.
go to that link provided by koalar and select wiring diagram. It shows you i think the colour codes and pinouts for the door connectors which you can open to test if the d097 connectors are working. The haynes version does not show the door connectors.

I checked that already, but I don't know what it should be like. I got approximately -12V on both wires, and when I lock/unlock the car, it briefly goes to 0V while the doors are locking/unlocking, then returns to -12V.
