Technical Liquid moving noises when I turn my engine on. Only lasts 15 seconds

I'm a very paranoid driver and do perhaps get worried at anything I hear with my car.
Anyway, when I start my engine, I hear like a gargling noise coming from the engine. its like moving water. it only lasts about 15 seconds then I stop hearing it.

Any idea where this could be coming from? Should I be worried at all or is it all fine?

By the way its an 03 Punto MK2
